How Treadmills Work
Treadmills are passive speed trainers scattered across +1 Speed Keyboard Escape. Stand on one and your Speed stat climbs automatically without walking keyboard keys or clearing stages. This makes treadmills the most efficient AFK farming method in the game.
Every treadmill applies a speed multiplier to your passive gains. The free Chocolate treadmill at spawn provides x1 (baseline), while premium Robux treadmills scale up to x100. Your final gain also multiplies with Rebirth bonuses, Trail equipment, Aura passives, and the Daily Treadmill login boost.
Treadmills appear at spawn, inside stage safe zones, and as special Admin Abuse event spawns. After the July 2026 update, the Daily Treadmill adds a free daily boosted session that stacks on top of whichever treadmill you are standing on.

AFK Farming Strategies
AFK treadmill farming is the backbone of mid-game progression. When you are below the level requirement for your next stage, parking on a treadmill overnight or during breaks compounds speed without active input.
The optimal AFK loop: rebirth when available → claim Daily Treadmill → equip best Trail → stand on best owned treadmill → toggle Auto Speed → return to stage clears once speed threshold is met.
- • Free players: use Chocolate treadmill + Daily Treadmill bonus — costs nothing and works well with 5+ rebirths.
- • Budget spenders: Gold Treadmill (59 Robux, x3) is the best entry premium option for new players.
- • Mid-game: Diamond Treadmill (259 Robux, x9) offers the best value-to-speed ratio for most active grinders.
- • Hardcore farmers: Candy Treadmill (749 Robux, x25) dramatically cuts grind time for World 2 and World 3 prep.
- • Endgame: Admin Treadmill (1,599 Robux, x100) is the fastest speed gain method in the entire game.
- • During Admin Abuse events, special admin treadmills can stack with your own for double AFK rates.
Daily Treadmill (July 2026)

Even players who own the Admin Treadmill should claim the Daily Treadmill bonus each day — the temporary boost applies on top of your premium multiplier during the bonus window.
